Terms and Conditions

General
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: “Terms and Conditions”) govern the conditions of use of the services of PortoYacht – Rokko Group d.o.o, headquartered in Portorož, Slovenia (hereinafter: “provider”), and constitute a legally binding agreement between the provider and the users of the services (hereinafter: “user” or “lessee”).
By using any service of the provider, the user is deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services
The provider offers the following services:
• Boat rental (with or without skipper),
• Panoramic rides and sea taxi transport,
• Transfers by sea,
• Boat driving courses.
Reservations and Payments
• Reservations can be made in person, by phone, by email, or via social networks.
• A reservation is only valid after receipt of payment or deposit.
• Prices are set in the price list and do not include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Cancellation and Refunds
• Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the service.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the service, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of bad weather or force majeure, the provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service.
Safety and Responsibility
• The user uses the services at their own risk.
• In case of renting a boat without a skipper, the user must have a valid boating license.
• The user must act responsibly and in accordance with the provider’s instructions. In case of damage caused by negligence, the user bears full responsibility.
Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
• The provider handles personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation (GDPR).
• Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing services, communication, and improving the user experience.
• The user has the right to access, rectify, delete, or transfer their personal data.
• Personal data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Photography and Video Content
• During the provision of services, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes (social networks, website).
• Users may decide in advance not to be included in such material – this must be clearly stated before the start of the service.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The amended terms become effective upon publication on the website or other communication channel.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Koper, Slovenia. Slovenian law applies.
